Our Hospital provides the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a modern facility offering comprehensive care to patients. In our Hospital we provide care for women awaiting children from the first weeks of pregnancy until the delivery. We run three complementary Wards – Department of Gynaecology and Pregnancy Pathology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Neonatal Department offering safety and access to holistic care for the Mother and her Child.
Our highly-qualified personnel supported by modern medical equipment ensures the health care of the Mother and her Baby.
Our Hospital provides treatment under the contract with NFZ, which means all procedures, including deliveries with epidural pain relief, are free of charge for patients covered by health insurance.

In the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology happiness is born every day. These are unique moments, which we are honoured to accompany offering support, professional medical care, and the highest level of safety. We provide modern delivery rooms with adjustable birthing beds for Mothers, and highly specialized stations for newborns. Every labour and delivery suite is connected to the antenatal room, where the Patient comes from in the second stage of labour. Each antenatal room serves only one Patient in order to ensure intimacy. The midwives and doctors supervising the labour include requests and preferences of Patients in the preparations.
A healthy baby is put the Mother’s breast after birth. The uninterrupted contact between mother and child after birth continues “according to the Mother’s wish”. The Father, if he wishes, can cut the umbilical cord. The first feeding takes place in the delivery room within two hours of newly born Life.
After the early postpartum the Patient is carried to the room for Mothers with Children. A friendly atmosphere, professional and tender care, comfortable stay in double or single rooms equipped with bathrooms, TV and free WiFi access are guaranteed for every birthing Mother.
We provide the support of Lactation Counsellor promoting feeding with breast milk.
When pregnant Patients experience complications beyond the capacity of outpatient care, they come under the supervision of the physicians form the Department of Gynaecology and Pregnancy Pathology. The team of doctors monitor the emergencies of pregnancy in detail at any stage of its duration and do their best to help Patients through all difficulties until their happy childbirth.
The Ujastek Hospital is a one of the few private institutions in the country that has a specialist Neonatal Department (tertiary referral centre), which means the highest competences and qualifications to care for the most difficult cases of neonatal pathology. There are children in the ward that require diagnostics and treatment of premature births, or newborns suffering from congenital diseases.
The experienced team of doctors, midwives and nurses of the Ward, coupled with modern facilities and equipment meeting world standards allow us to save the lives and health of the most demanding premature and newborn babies.
Apart from hospital services, we offer access to specialist examinations including foetal echocardiography, analytical testing, CTG examination. As one of the only few hospitals in Poland we have a very innovative high-field magnetic resonance coupled with an incubator, equipped with a medical ventilator and other instruments allowing the doctors to monitor vital signs of premature or newborns in critical condition. This equipment is an advanced method of monitoring the youngest Patients that guarantees precision and accuracy of performed examinations.
